Private AI Infrastructure & Security

Run real AI without handing your prompts, files, or customer records to a vendor you can’t audit. We design, secure, and install private AI that lives in your office — on hardware you own, across Houston and Fort Bend County.

Every prompt is a copy you don’t control

The moment a document or a question goes into a public model, a copy of it is sitting on someone else’s disk — under their retention policy, reachable by their staff and their subpoenas. You can’t un-send it, and you usually can’t even see where it landed.

Most owners can’t answer “where exactly does our AI data go?” because they were never told. The fix isn’t a stronger password on a cloud account — it’s keeping the model, the prompts, and the files inside a building you lock, on a network you control.

Private AI infrastructure

The server, the model, the prompt traffic, and the document store all live on hardware you own — no outbound vendor API in the path.

Secure local & air-gapped AI

LAN-only inference, or a fully offline build with no route to the internet. The model is reachable by your people, nobody else.

AI in cyber security

Private ML that flags anomalies in your own logs, on-prem. Your defenses never become a vendor’s copy or a second exfil path.

Business data privacy

You set retention. Nothing is kept “to improve a service.” Access is logged on a box you can walk over and point at.

Private AI vs. public cloud AI — on privacy and control

Private / On-Prem AI Public Cloud AI
Where your data lives On a server in your building Sent off-site, retained per vendor terms
Who can read it Only people you grant access Vendor staff, plus their subpoenas
Retention rules You write them; deletion on your box Theirs — sometimes used to train models
Runs offline Yes — LAN-only or fully air-gapped No — dies the moment the API does
Audit trail Logs are yours to inspect A log you can’t see

This is the deep-dive home for our main private AI infrastructure page. The hardware behind it is covered under custom AI servers.

For Fort Bend County firms handling records that can’t leave the building

Medical billing offices, law firms, and financial practices across Houston, Sugar Land, Katy, Richmond and Missouri City handle client records that aren’t supposed to land in a third-party cloud. We assess where your AI data goes today, then install a private build on-site — and the people who built it are the people who pick up the phone. See our Texas service areas.

Questions owners ask before they trust AI with their data

Where does our data actually go when we use a public AI tool?+

Off-site. Every prompt and file you submit is copied to the vendor’s servers, held under their retention terms, and reachable by their staff and their subpoenas. Private AI keeps all of it on a server in your building instead.

Can a private AI server run with no internet connection at all?+

Yes. We can deploy LAN-only or fully air-gapped, where the AI box has no route to the public internet. You can pull the network cable and watch it keep answering.

Does this make us HIPAA or PCI compliant?+

It supports those workflows by keeping data on-prem with access control and audit logs. We configure the controls; certification stays with your auditor. We don’t claim to certify you.

How do we stop staff from pasting work into public AI tools?+

Give them a sanctioned in-house assistant that’s faster and unmetered, then policy-block the public ones. You remove the reason to leak, not just the access.
